About The Evening

The MyMirfield Dinner, Dance & Awards Fundraisers were launched in 2015 – with the first evening held on Friday 17th April at Sands Lane Golf Club, Mirfield. The event was to celebrate all things Mirfield, help raise the profile of businesses and organisations, increase interaction across the town, and to have a bit of fun. This has grown over the years and is an evening packed full of entertainment and fun, whilst raising funds for local good causes.

The evening will begin at 6pm with a sparkling reception, and include a four-course meal, celebration of many other things Mirfield, the awards, fundraising, and end of the evening entertainment. The evening will close around 12.30am.

Guests will be welcomed from 6pm by a red carpet and sparking reception – provided by Orange Design Studios, Mirfield – with arrival photographs. Upon seating, the evening will begin with an entertaining welcome organise and performed by Sutton School of Performing Arts and guests.


Celebration Dinner

The celebration dinner begins about 7.15pm and will include: Tomato & mozzarella salad (V GF) dressed roquette, toasted pine nuts; Pan fried pork loin medallions roasted Mediterranean vegetables, potato wedge & herb cream; Cappuccino crème brûlée (V) with biscotti; concluding with Coffee & Mints.

The evening will recognise several of the Mirfield-based businesses, events and organisations that continue to make a positive contribution to the residents or community of Mirfield. Within the evening, the award winners will be announced, plus there will be a few surprises along the way. 



As well as the celebrations, the evening is intended to also be a fundraiser, with proceeds being split between two causes – firstly to help the continuation of Little Deer Wood – and secondly to help generate funds for future MyMirfield projects, events and initiatives to support the town. Both are intended to provide cheer for residents, whilst encouraging more business into town at a critical part of the trading year.

There will be a 5 Star Auction and Raffle with 5 Star services and products donated by 5 star businesses – with details of each prize listed closer to the time. If you can donate any 5 Star prizes, then we would be immensely grateful, and please contact us at info@mymirfield.co.uk as early as possible so we can include it on the evening, and you can be recognised for your contribution in the programme.



There will be ongoing entertainment throughout the evening – building up the star attraction – the live music at the end of the night.


Staying Over

If you wish to stay over at the Cedar Court, Bradford – the hotel has offered all our guests a reduced rate for Bed & Breakfast. You need to book with the hotel direct and tell them you are attending the MyMirfield Dinner & Awards on Saturday 23rd March. The rate will be subject to availability.
